The Association of Teachers of Maternal and Child Health (ATMCH) is a non-profit organization 501(c)(3) governed by a constitution and by-laws.

The officers of ATMCH consist of a president, president-elect, secretary, treasurer, committee members, and liaison members. Elections are held as needed during the Fall Business Meeting. Terms begin and conclude at the end of the Fall annual business meeting.
